We continually evaluate and develop our internal training programmes to make sure they match the needs of our candidates and clients in an ever changing marketplace.
 
We strongly believe that any formal training that any of our employees receive has to be supplemented by effective on the job coaching, which will establish the areas where improvements need to be made.
 
We do not believe in delivering training for training’s sakes and all our internal programmes are focussed on having a major impact on each delegate’s performance which will ultimately reflect on the service levels that candidates and clients benefit from.
 
All of our courses are designed to be informative, challenging and fun. They are delivered by recruitment professionals who have proven consistent track records of success within the industry.
 
Our induction programme has been approved by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation and we are one of the few recruitment companies in the UK that can operate the Certificate in Recruitment Practice qualification in-house.
 
To summarise, every employee who joins us will receive the input, guidance and support to help them develop into top performers in their role and every client and candidate can be confident that they receive a true consultative service from our operational team.
 
We also provide training in the following areas:

Qualifications
As well as being able to offer employees the chance to obtain the REC's Certificate in Recruitment Practice we also give our staff the opportunity to take other qualifications such as:
NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Sales, Customer Services and Business Administration
NVQ Level 3 & 4 in Management and Personnel Support & Management
NVQ Level 3 & 5 in Coaching
Advanced Apprenticeships in Management
